Photo Reelz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.
Your private data is yours and yours alone. Our process only temporarily handles your photos, voice, music and/or resulting Photo Reelz video while it is being processed and then delivered.
We take everyone's privacy as a most serious matter. We believe this sets us apart from others as we just want to provide a paid service without the privacy invasion.
Our approach is simple: we do not ask for your name, email, or any other personal information to use the App, and we do not store your photos, videos, or creations.
When we offer privacy, we deliver privacy
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because we do not collect it.
2. Your Photos, Videos, and Creations
Photo and collage editing happens on your device. To create an animated Photo Reelz video, the photos you select are securely uploaded to our servers, where the video is generated and sent back to your device. We use your photos only to produce your video and do not use them for any other purpose. Uploaded photos and generated videos are immediately deleted from our servers after the video is generated and confirmation it's sent back to the user.
3. Permissions We Request
To function, the App may request access to the following on your device. These permissions are used only on your device and only while you use the related feature:
- Photo Library — to let you choose photos and videos for your collages and reels, and to save your finished creations back to your library.
- Camera — to let you capture photos directly within the App.
- Microphone — to let you record voice-over narration to add to your videos.
You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device’s Settings.
4. Diagnostic Data
We collect limited diagnostic and usage information — including your device's IP address, timestamps, and basic event logs — which is sent to our servers to monitor reliability, fix errors, and prevent abuse. This data is not used to advertise to you or sold to anyone.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Photo Reelz offers an optional auto-renewable subscription. All purchases and payments are processed securely by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive, process, or store your payment card details or billing information. Subscription management, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings. 6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
7. Third Parties
We do not share information with third-party advertisers or data brokers. The only third party involved in your use of the App is Apple, which processes subscription payments and provides the platform diagnostic tools described above.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
