These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Photo Reelz application (“the App”) provided by Photo Reelz (“Photo Reelz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, and collages you create with the App. Photo Reelz does not claim any rights to your work product. You are solely responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the right to use any photos, videos, or audio you include.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not use the App for any illegal purpose as defined by any United States state or federal statute, or in any manner that violates the rights of others.
Photo Reelz offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks full access to the App’s features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are shown in the App prior to purchase and may vary by region. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Photo Reelz does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photo Reelz is not liable for any data loss, hardware failure, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any media that is important to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Photo Reelz operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
